Detox Kale Salad

I'm coming through with another healthy, easy, & delicious recipe. This would make a perfect meal for any time of the day. You can add this under my "Garbage Bowl Salads" and make your own variations with different toppings you love. I also love this recipe because it only requires one skillet & can be prepared in 15 minutes.



Kale: is an excellent source of antioxidants, which has tremendous detoxing benefits for those recovering from alcohol use that will also help you heal quicker You can read more about this in my blog post here. Among the many other nutrients, it provides it also helps fight inflammation which is huge for repairing your body from the damages of alcohol.
